Improved version of carrot cake.

These are snapshots of a carrot cake sold to my collegue Kak Ina for her husband's 51st B'day. I am happy to report that they love the cake and I have already receive an order of chocolate cake from them.

This is a recent order that I took from Kak Ida. It was a box of my signature product, Red Velvet Cup Cakes with cream cheese frosting.

My Red Velvet cupcakes come in 2 sizes,

1) Small - 5 cm (W) x 3 cm (H) (2 oz souffle cup)

2) Large -6 cm (W) x 3.5 cm (H)(3.25 oz souffle cup)
